What we believe

Art can be a universal language: a way to create dialogue, strengthen resilience, and bring people together across borders.

  1. The foundation

    Law

Children’s rights, as a frame and as a demand.

  2. The method

    Art

Creating, drawing, playing: saying what words cannot hold.

  3. The goal

    Joy

Showing what stays alive, where you least expect it.

Our work

Two points on the map, and a reason for each.

Bangladesh · Cox’s Bazar

The first field

More than a million Rohingya refugees live there, having fled persecution in Myanmar. I worked with the United Nations on the human rights situation in Myanmar, and I travelled to Cox’s Bazar in May 2026 to build a local network.

Venezuela

Then my roots

My father is Venezuelan, I have family there and a local network. This step will also be a chance to better understand the needs of local communities.

  • Two children leaning over a blue table, faces and arms painted with green lines, one holding a brush
  • Alegria and a woman sitting on a bench, Alegria holding a portrait drawn on blue paper
  • Alegria surrounded by children drawing on white sheets in a dirt street
  • Alegria crouching among a group of smiling children and adults making the peace sign
